預訂須知：

• 《途中．花蓮》為青年旅館，所有房型皆為單人床上下舖床型，共用衛浴設備。浴室內提供洗髮乳和沐浴乳，但不提供牙刷、牙膏、浴巾。

• 訂房請於營業時間上午11:00到晚上8:00之間，來電 (+886) 966-161-571或是寫信至onmyway.hualien@gmail.com。因為會不定時公休，因此電話不通的話，請先改透過臉書或是ＩＧ私訊洽詢！

• 在確認訂房後，我們將會先收取全額的房費，於約定的期限內(一般為訂房日後三天內)完成匯款，逾時即取消預訂和床位，不另通知。

Booking Information:

• "On My Way Hualien" is a hostel in Hualien City.  Our bed type is all single-person bunk beds, and the bathrooms are shared to use for all guests.  There are shampoo and body wash in shower rooms, but there are not toothbrush, toothpaste, and bath towel.

• Book beds during our business hours 11:00 AM~8:00PM.  You may contact us by call  (+886) 966-161-571 or email to onmyway.hualien@gmail.com .

• We will ask you to pay all the room fee within three days after we confirm your booking.  If overdue, we will directly cancel your booking.

• Please transfer the room fee to the bank account below:

入住須知：

• 可辦理入住的時間為下午4:00到晚上8:00之間，採預約制，不能配合者，請不要預訂！

• 若真的預訂了但因故無法於上述時間內入住，我們最晚可以加班接待到 晚上22:00 前，收費方式如下：

於 20:00~21:00 之間抵達，將加收取每一位延遲入住費用 NTD $250 元

於 21:00~22:00 之間抵達，將加收取每一位延遲入住費用 NTD $500 元

以上額外收取的費用，會全數給該接待人員的，我們不是詐騙集團，不用擔心是不是在斂財，我們希望旅客們都是清楚住宿規定而訂房前來下榻。延遲入住務必要預先告知，否則一樣視同未於規定時間內入住處理。

• 可預約提早到先寄放行李並可於一樓公共空間稍作歇息，限營業時間內。

• 退房時間為上午11:00前。不接受延遲退房。

• 預訂入住日的前七日內，不得再變更訂單內容。

• 辦理入住時，請出示身分證明文件(如身分証、護照等)以便核對訂房資料。

• 《途中．花蓮》保有更換床位的權利，若有價差則多退少補。

Check-in Information:

• The check-in time is between 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm and you are required to inform us when is your check-in time. Any time outside of this time period will not be accepted.  Do not book our beds if you cannot follow these rules.

• If you arrive earlier, you can store your luggage and take a rest in the public space on the first floor.

• Check-out time is before 11:00 am.  Late-check-out is not acceptable.

• The booking cannot be changed within 7 days before the check-in date.

• When checking in, please show your identification documents (such as ID card, passport, etc.) to verify the booking information.

• "On My Way Hualien" reserves the right to change beds. If there is a price difference, the price will be adjusted.

取消預訂規定：

• 若於預定入住日的前七日之前取消入住，將扣除匯款手續費後退回剩餘房費金額。

• 若於入住日的前七日內才取消預訂，將收取全額房費。例如:預訂 2021/1/10 入住，最晚取消時間為 2021/1/2 23:59之前。

• 若因颱風(依各縣市是否發布颱風假為準則)或水災地震等天災之不可抗拒因素導致無法入住，不限天數，將扣除匯款手續費後退回剩餘房費金額。

Cancellation policy:

• If you cancel booking  within 7 days before the scheduled check-in date, the remaining room fee will be refunded after deducting the remittance fee.

• If the booking is cancelled within 7 days before the check-in date, the all room rate will be charged.  For example: if you book a check-in on Jan. 10, 2022, the latest cancellation time is before 23:59 on Jan. 2, 2022.

• If you cannot check in due to typhoon (depending on whether each county or city has issued a typhoon off-day as a guideline) or natural disasters such as floods and earthquakes, the remaining room fee will be refunded for an unlimited number of days, after deducting the remittance fee.

禁止與注意事項：

• 全館禁煙。

• 客房樓層禁止飲食。

• 禁止未成年單獨入住。

• 120公分以下兒童禁止入住，由於我們的床都是上下舖，為了安全起見我們只能接受一定身高以上的客人。

• 禁止寵物入住。

• 沒有提供無障礙衛浴與房型。

• 本館空間皆為共用共享，故環境的清潔衛生與房間內的安靜秩序，需要每位房客共同維護；過晚上10點後，於交誼廳時，務必輕聲細語，房間內更是要避免影響到其他的房客。

Prohibitions and precautions:

• The entire building is a non-smoking building.

• It is not allowed to eat and drink upstairs.

• It is forbidden for minors (aged before 18 years old) to stay alone.

• Children under 120 cm are not allowed to stay. Because our beds are bunk beds, we can only accept guests above a certain height for safety reasons.

• No pets are allowed.

• No accessible (disabled) bathroom and room types are provided.

• The space in this building is shared. Therefore, the cleanliness and sanitation of the environment and the quietness of the room need to be maintained by each guest; after 10 pm, when in the lobby, you must keep voice down to avoid bothering other guests.

• 免費行李寄放服務(限入住日到退房日的營業時間之內)。

• 有提供廚房可以烹飪簡單的料理。

• 有提供桌遊和書籍，限於交誼廳內使用。

Other services:

• Free luggage storage service (limited to between check-in date and check-out date).

• There is a kitchen where you can cook simple dishes.

• There are board games you can play and books you can read in the lobby.
